Use your Filecamp subdomain and port 8444 for WebDAV. Custom domains and port 8443 are no longer supported.

Certain links that are shared might be of an incorrect link type
We have fixed the annoying "share link bug" we introduced with our update on September 2nd. The incident has been resolved.

Notifications and invite emails were unavailable for some customers
We've had some issues with our email-sending service (mandrillapp.com) over the last few days. Our team has identified and resolved the root cause but some email notifications and invites might have to be resent. The incident has been resolved.

Unexpected downtime for certain US-based customers
We have resolved an issue impacting one of our US-based servers. We apologize for the downtime this incident caused specific customers. The incident has been resolved and we have taken measures so that it can't happen again.

Between December 30, 2021, and January 2, 2022, we had some issues with our email sending service (mandrillapp.com). Our team identified and resolved the root cause but some email notifications and invites might have to be resent. The incident has been resolved.
